  • ISO 37001 CERTIFICATION

    In 2025, Revoz, as part of the Renault Group, successfully passed the audit for obtaining ISO 37001 certification, the international standard for anti-bribery management systems. The Group obtained this certification in 2024 as the first company in the French automotive industry to do so.

    Obtaining this certification confirms our commitment to ethical conduct, transparency, and accountability. The standard requires a clear policy framework, responsible behavior, regular training, and robust control mechanisms.

    The Renault Group Code of Ethics promotes values based on trust and respect. It provides a framework for conduct and decision-making that guides our professional relationships with employees, customers, suppliers, business partners, and shareholders. It defines core principles that help us distinguish between acceptable and unacceptable behavior and encourages us to act with integrity. Its principles take into account the interests of customers, suppliers, and shareholders.

    The Code of Ethics applies to all employees, from management and employees to apprentices, interns, temporary workers of Renault Group and its subsidiaries around the world.

  • ANTI-CORRUPTION CODE OF CONDUCT

    The Anti-Corruption Code of Conduct commits the Renault Group to active prevention and the fight against corruption and influence peddling.

    It reflects the Group’s commitments in the field of anti-corruption and contributes to the promotion of its ethical culture. The Code explains what corruption is, its forms and risks, and presents examples of situations in which it may arise, together with the most common warning signs.

  • WHISTLEBLOWING SYSTEM

    Revoz has established a whistleblowing system that enables the secure and confidential reporting of violations via a dedicated online platform: renault.whistleb.com.

    The whistleblowing system is available to all employees, seconded workers, apprentices, former employees, job applicants, shareholders, suppliers, subcontractors and contractual partners of the Renault Group, as well as their subcontractors. Acting without direct financial compensation and in good faith, they may use this platform to report threats or harm to the public interest, violations or attempts to conceal violations of the law and the company’s ethical rules, of which they have been witnesses or victims.
