The company’s management follows a two-tiered system, according to which the company is run by a three-member administration performing its work under the supervision of the Supervisory board.
The management principle of Revoz company is based on the applicable legal standards of the Republic of Slovenia, internal acts and established best practices. It follows a two-tier system in which the central role is played by the management board having executive functions along with the supervisory board having supervisory powers. As of March 1st, 2022, Revoz management board is composed of three members.
