Conformity with personal data protection law is the ethical value of Revoz company as well as of the entire Renault Group.

Revoz is bound to assure personal data protection and conformity with legislation on personal data protection as well as individuals’ privacy.

The purpose of personal data protection is to inform the users about the way personal data are obtained, used, processed, saved and disclosed and forwarded via forms on the website that is through:

The employment form for the application for vacant jobs following a job advertisement as well as for submitting self-initiated offer of employment
Sponsorship form
Production tour form

The application of conditions:

Our conditions of personal data protection are applicable to all individuals that transfer personal data via web site, especially for:

individuals applying to vacant job advertisements,
individuals sending offers for employment on their own initiative,
individuals seeking sponsorship,
individuals or group of individuals wanting to visit the company.

Using personal data refers to collection, storage, use and processing of personal data.

If a legal person forwards the sponsorship or company tour form, the conditions of personal data protection do not relate to them directly, but to individuals whose personal data are forwarded to Revoz (i.e.: school as a legal person forwards to Revoz the nominal list of students who will attend the company tour and contact data of the tour organiser, etc.)

In order to demonstrate support to conformity with requirements about personal data protection, Revoz has appointed a “Coordinator for personal data protection” and “Board for personal data protection”. A Board for personal data protection is, among other, responsible for individuals’ rights exercise, dealing with possible complaints and providing explanations on personal data processing.

Personal data are processed following the applicant’s explicit consent, and after the visit on the basis of the legitimate interest of the company by assuring the safety for people and assets of the enterprise.	The purpose of data processing is studying the possibility of visit or tour organized for external visitors. The purpose of data processing is implementing rules on safety of people and property within the company.

Revoz only collects those personal data which are required for achieving purposes stated. Without the personal data stated we will not be able to examine your applications and requests submitted through a website, connected with recruiting, sponsorship and company visits or tours.

Your personal data can only be accessed by the employees of Revoz, d.d., dealing with your requests processing.

Personal data retention:

Revoz will process and retain personal data for as long as to achieve the set processing purpose.

Personal data obtained upon the application to the vacant job will be permanently retained in case of establishing the working relation or up to 38 days after the conclusion of employment procedure for the vacant job position if the candidate should not get selected. Personal data obtained by sending self-initiated applications or job offers will be saved for up to two years or until the possible withdrawal of consent.

In case of sponsorship, the personal data obtained by filling in the sponsorship form shall be kept for another three years after the contract termination (longer data retention is possible in case of legal requirements, such as tax legislation). Failing this, request shall be kept no longer than one year following the data submission date.

Personal data obtained from the filled-out company tour form will be retained for a year.

Individuals’ rights:

As an individual whose personal data are processed by the company you have the following rights:

The right to access personal data or the right to receive a copy of your personal data.
The right to supplement or correct personal data.
The right to delete the data (“the right to forget”). The right to delete personal data can only be limited due to contractual and legal obligations of the Group.
The right to object to processing your personal data.
The right to data transfer.

An individual whose rights are processed by the company, on the basis of a consent or agreement, can withdraw their agreement at any time by a written request. An individual must demonstrate their identity. The request to exercise any of the rights can be sent to the electronic address: varstvo.podatkov@renault.com or to Revoz d.d., Belokranjska cesta 4, 8000 Novo Mesto.

In addition, every individual has the right to file a complaint at the Information Commissioner of RS, should they consider the personal data processing illegal or infringing the rules on the personal data protection. Before potential filing of a complaint we encourage you to inform us of it beforehand and we shall seek the solution together or answer any of your questions.

Disagreeing with the Conditions of Personal Data Safety applicable at Revoz, d.d.

Should you disagree with the conditions stated by Revoz, you unfortunately cannot respond to the announced job advert or submit a sponsorship request or fill in the application for company tour.

Sponsorship request

I give my explicit consent to Revoz, d.d., to process my personal data stated in the sponsorship request, including data collection, retention and use, required for the decision-making process and possible sponsorship approval. By filling in and forwarding this form, I hereby guarantee the credibility of the stated data and fully accept the Conditions of personal data protection applicable at Revoz, d.d..

Company tour

I give my explicit consent to Revoz, d.d., to process my personal data stated in the form including data collection, retention and use, required for company tour organisation and keeping records of company visits. By filling in and forwarding this form, I hereby guarantee the credibility of the stated data and fully accept the Conditions of personal data protection applicable at Revoz, d.d..
